The St. Stephen Senior Apartments is a unique opportunity to generate affordable housing for seniors in urban Denver. Located in Central Park (formally Stapleton), The Saint Stephen draws inspiration from local history, infused with calming tones and a taste of modern touches in the design. This new construction building includes 50 affordable apartments combined with amenity spaces to encourage socialization, independence and dignified living in place.

Drawing inspiration from the natural beauty of the Colorado plains and prairies landscape, the design is warm and inviting using a variety of tactile textures.  As a nod to Stapleton's rich history, particularly the legacy of St. Stephen Church, the design pays homage to the community's cultural heritage through thoughtful design elements and symbolic gestures.

Communal spaces within The St. Stephen feature artwork and artifacts that celebrate Stapleton's diverse history, ensuring that the spirit of the past continues to inspire and enrich the lives of its residents.
